The error logs seem to indicate kernel panics but I don't know how to interpret them further to try and identify the cause. *edit* This update fails and was attempted to be installed through Native Access release 3.2.I am having problems with my iMac randomly shutting down and restarting. I will run the tool and also send them screenshots of this thread showing them this is happening to other users. As if the problem is on my OS side and not their software side, I'm not sure how my system information would be helpful seeing as this is happening on other users' PCs based on the comments. They are requesting I run a support tool that will send them data from my system. I have an official response from Native Instruments, they claim to be aware of the issue but said it's being "wrongfully" flagged, they didn't address why it's showing there is a trojan script in their program. For anyone else still experiencing this issue I recommend submitting a support ticket through this link telling them you need the official installer for the Guitar Rig 6 update 6.3.0 issue. I then scanned my PC and nothing was flagged by windows.įor myself, the issue is resolved. After scanning the file (it was clean) I installed the update without issue. The link in the email went to a google drive with the official installer. I received an email stating that the issue is still being investigated and that the official workaround was to install using a provided installer. ![]()
